The information we collect is used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We collect only your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and Credit/Debit card details. We will never sensitive information about you without you explicit consent. Brillfood does not sell or pass any customers personal information, including e-mail addresses to any other organisation for any purpose other than for processing orders you place with us. The information we hold will be accurate, and where necessary, kept up to date. Information will not be kept for longer than is necessary.
Delivery policy:
We will dispatch your food order within 1 hour prior delivery time. All our vehicles and delivery service meet strict HACCP policy. All delivery charges are included in price unless otherwise stated.
Returns policy:
We want you to be delighted with the food you receive. If unhappy with anything we deliver please contact us immediately. If we're not able to replace food or meet your original order we're happy to give full refund.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled upto 24 hours before event. Any order cancelled on day of order will be charged at full rate. Any refunds due and payed via credit / debit card will be made within 7 working days
